Lillo Due is a mixer / extruder that produce fresh pasta using any type of flower, with or without eggs and even enhanced with tomato puree for red pasta, spinach for green pasta, brown pasta with cocoa and black pasta with squid ink!! The possibilities are endless for the imaginative pasta lover.
Construction of the Lillo Due is of highest quality materials, skilfully engineered and finished in stainless steel with all safety precautions in place for the operator's safety. Each machine comes complete with 4 dies and there are many choices of dies to produce other shapes. The bowl capacity is 1kg and can output 3kg/hr or 10 servings/20 min. batch.
