Musso Mini is a solid but easy to use gelato/ice cream machine. The housing, bowl, and paddle are all made of stainless steel for sanitation and easy cleaning. All you do is add the ingredients, set the timer, push two buttons and the machine does the rest for you. About 30 minutes later 1.5 qt. of frozen confection is ready for consumption. This unit takes all the guess work out of the process so you can make perfect ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt or as many creative frozen desserts limited only by your imagination.
