At ECM we service what we sell and provide our customers with support that is sometimes hard to find in this industry. With 4 full time technicians and a service manager, our knowledge base and experience can resolve virtually any espresso machine problem.
We offer a variety of service plans to ensure your maintenance needs are met and your machine is always performing at its peak. Outside the Lower Mainland we offer service by working with other independent service centres located throughout the province.
 
ECM stocks replacement parts for Nuova Simonelli, Saeco, Elektra, Friul, Bottene and Desco and a selection of parts for other major Italian espresso brands.
