Lillo: Small restaurant or residential application. The Lillo is a solid stainless steel and brass unit with 110Volt 1.3 HP motor and comes with four pasta dies. Capacity of mixing bowl is 2.2 lbs with a production output of 6 – 8 lbs/hr.

Inver 3: Intermediate production unit for small to medium size restaurants. The Inver 3 is solid stainless steel and brass construction with 110 or 220 Volt motor and comes with four pasta dies. Cutter and stand included. The bowl capacity is 4.4 lbs with production output of 16 lbs./hr
 
 
PM96: High production unit for medium to large restaurants or retail establishments. The PM96 is solid stainless steel and brass construction with 220 Volt 3 phase motor and comes with six pasta dies. Cutter and stand is included. Capacity of mixing bowl is 18 lbs with a production output of 50 lbs/hr.
Ravioli Machine: The ravioli machine is an attachment for the PM96 and will not operate as a stand-alone. Solid stainless steel construction with brass dies. Comes with stand as shown. It features a filler tube with adjustable filling speed. The production output is 80 –150 lbs/hr.

  Outdoor ovens
 
 

The KTS 80 (featured here) commonly called “The Baby” has a 50 x 80 cm cooking plate, a wood storage chamber, removable chimney, wheels and extractable handles for easier mobility.

The KTS 100 (not featured) has a cooking chamber with 50 x 100 cm cooking plate, a wood burning chamber and a storage chamber. This is just a bigger version of the Baby.

Tranquilli Wood burning Ovens: These ovens are designed for outdoors use using small sized dry firewood. It features stainless steel panels with baked enamel roofs that are water resistant. The ovens feature three chambers: upper chamber for cooking, middle chamber for wood burning, lower chamber for storage. The cooking chamber features auto lighting, double glazed door, internal fan, temperature gauge, timer and removable grilles.
