Tekna blast freezers and storage freezers have been carefully designed to store the maximum amount of gelato or confectionary in the minimum amount of space. The frost-free freezers have automatic defrost settings and ventilated refrigeration for a uniform cabinet temperature. The freezers also feature electronic temperature control from +5C to -25C.
The shock freezers ensure proper creaminess, consistency, flavour and shelf life. Without quality blast freezer, gelato may separate; forming ice crystals and product texture and consistency will be dramatically reduced, creating a grainy inferior product.
Holding freezers will allow you to maximize production and help control food costs.
